This space, which finds inspiration in Los Angeles' public spaces and structures, is designed to highlight the urban rawness of the metropolis that surrounds Beverly Hills.

The facade exposes the building's structural and mechanical component's to appear as if the monolithic panes of glass that span its entire height and width had sliced the building in cross-section.
